Bramblewood Cooperative is the only cooperative based housing in the Tri-City area. Our members are more than just residents - they are owners! In addition to this, Bramblewood participates in affordable housing, so all carrying charges are based on income.

As we begin the new year, we will be moving forward with scheduling the annual inspection repairs. Maintenance or management will contact you by phone call, voicemail, and text message to arrange a time to complete the outstanding work orders from annual inspections.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of our attempt to reach you, we will proceed to schedule the maintenance appointment within 48 hours in order to complete the required repairs.
Please keep an eye out for our communication so we can coordinate a time. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and safety of our community!
Management asks all members assist with keeping the property clean by cleaning up any pet debris, trash and keeping personal items on porches and patios cleaned up and keep our playground clean.
